Sr. Manager Same Day Program, EU Same Day and NetWatch
The same-day network is the largest single investment in EU speed at multiple $B (2027-29) and a core driver of customer growth, reported weekly to the SVP for WW Stores. Between now and 2029 the network expands to over 200 dedicated fulfillment nodes to reach 60%+ Prime demand coverage. Delivering that requires solving hard problems across product selection, inventory buying and placement, inbound network design, and promise and fulfillment logic.
You will lead the EU SWIM team, which defines the vision and concrete methods to optimize delivery speed across selection, inventory buying, and placement, then drives the responsible teams (e.g., SCOT, DEX, Placement, FO) to evolve the relevant systems and processes. You will not directly own those systems, so success depends on understanding them thoroughly enough to shape their roadmaps and win engineering commitments. The team also owns the same-day in-stock metric (GVIS) and its OP2 plan and goals across every MFC in EU.
Key job responsibilities
- EU5 multi-country operating experience.

- Lead the SWIM team (6 HC, spanning business and technical roles up to PhD level across multiple job families)
- Own the GVIS in-stock metric across all EU MFCs, including the OP2 plan (target 85% FY26, north star 95% by 2028)

- Define speed-sensitivity and de-assortment methods that redirect scarce budget and peak capacity to the most speed-critical selection, backed by econometric experimentation, and drive the owning tech teams to implement them
- Build enough technical depth in the underlying systems to earn credibility with their owners, secure senior stakeholders approvals across Stores, DEX, SCOT, and Operations, and hold those teams to delivery
- Influence high level leaders in inventory, placement, and tech teams to earn engineering commitments, secure experiment slots, and align roadmaps, with multiple interactions per week and VP/SVP escalations when cross-org friction blocks progress
- Translate analytical and technical detail into clear narratives for senior leadership
