- Own the day-to-day management of financial accounts across a global organization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Prepare and deliver key metrics and finance reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence
- Support indirect tax compliance and annual audit processes
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operational accounting and financial reporting workflows
- Develop scalable processes and controls that support growth and reduce manual effort
- Drive standardization and automation to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity
- Build and maintain financial models that inform key business decisions and support strategic planning
- Lead analytical projects that translate complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Analyze business performance to identify trends, variances, and root causes, and present findings with clear recommendations
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Experience developing financial models in Excel with advanced functions (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query)
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience supporting the implementation of controls or contributing to audits over financial reporting environments
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to inform business decisions with proven business impact (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
