Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Standard Cost Team Management & Operation Governance
- Lead and manage the Services Standard Cost Team
- Optimize the standard cost management system and global unified cost caliber, unify service delivery cost calculation standards, standard cost benchmarking rules and cost accounting specifications for global business scenarios.
- Analyze global service delivery cost trends, dig into cost optimization potential, and put forward targeted standard cost adjustment strategies and cost control schemes.
- Support business pre-bid cost evaluation, project budget & forecast management and post-project cost variance analysis, provide professional standard cost data and strategic suggestions for business decision-making.
- Support sales enablement and pricing to drive pen rate improvement
AI-Led Cost & Finance Transformation Driving
- Serve as the core owner of AI-driven cost finance transformation, design overall transformation roadmap, define intelligent cost management objectives, and promote the landing and iteration of digital cost governance projects.
- Lead the optimization and upgrading of AI intelligent cost calculation models, auto-reconciliation mechanisms and intelligent exception identification systems, replace manual repetitive work with intelligent processes, and improve cost operation efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related majors; MBA or relevant professional finance certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) is preferred.
8+ years of finance working experience, with rich experience in cost management, standard cost construction and financial digital transformation; experience in IT/service delivery industry is highly preferred.
In-depth understanding of end-to-end service delivery cost logic, standard cost system construction and global financial accounting and reconciliation mechanisms.
Familiar with AI intelligent application in cost management, with practical experience in leading digital/intelligent finance transformation projects.
Strong team management, overall planning and cross-departmental coordination capabilities, able to drive cross-team and cross-regional project landing efficiently.
Excellent data analysis, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, sensitive to cost risks and business value mining.
Fluent in oral and written English, capable of global team communication and cross-regional business collaboration.
