Sourcing Analyst

As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst, you will partner with Category Managers, Technical Experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations. You will be responsible for maintaining global contract and pricing databases, managing procurement data across multiple systems, preparing and issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and delivering analytical reports that support sourcing decisions and business performance.

In this role, you will work closely with Contract Manufacturers' Supply Teams and internal stakeholders to communicate negotiated pricing, resolve pricing-related issues, and ensure contract data is accurately maintained. You will also develop recurring and ad-hoc reports, interpret sourcing data, and provide valuable insights that contribute to operational excellence, process improvements, and informed decision-making across the Strategic Sourcing organization.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, operations, finance, or data analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and transform them into meaningful business insights
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel including data manipulation
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global, cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• Procurement and/or Supply Chain experience
• Experience working with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Oracle, etc.)
• Knowledge of contract management processes
• Interest in the telecommunications or technology industry

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Category Teams throughout the year to support negotiation activities and outcomes, and participate in regular commodity meetings
• Maintain and load the global contract database and related sourcing tools, ensuring accurate, complete, and reliable contract data to support negotiations and business analysis
• Partner with Category Teams, Internal Factories, and Contract Manufacturers' Supply Teams to communicate negotiated pricing, resolve pricing-related issues, and ensure contract changes are accurately reflected in the relevant systems
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), support supplier follow-up activities, analyze responses, and load final sourcing allocations as directed by the Category Management teams
• Prepare and maintain reports on purchase price variance, contract database accuracy, negotiation results, pricing discrepancies, stock consumption, market share, financial performance, and other sourcing metrics across commodities and Business Groups
• Support supplier relationship management by providing delivery, quality, reliability, contract consumption, and market share reports to Category Managers for supplier performance reviews and business discussions
• Stay informed about market trends and industry developments relevant to the assigned sourcing categories
• Execute contract data management activities in accordance with agreed timelines, project plans, and business requirements
• Generate predefined recurring and ad-hoc reports from procurement systems and sourcing tools
• Develop custom reports based on business requirements using available system data to support management decision-making
• Interpret reporting results and transform complex data into meaningful insights through presentations, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as PowerPoint and Power BI
• Create and maintain data connections across multiple files and systems to enable efficient data consolidation, reporting, and advanced data analysis
