As an AI Workforce Specialist, you will lead strategic engagements focused on Microsoft’s AI-powered workplace solutions, helping customers accelerate digital transformation, increase productivity, and realize measurable business value. You will collaborate with account teams, technical specialists, partners, and customer stakeholders to drive end-to-end AI Workforce opportunities and enable broad-scale AI transformation. Responsibilities
- Drive AI Workforce sales execution across assigned Public Sector and Education accounts, identifying, developing, and closing strategic AI transformation opportunities.
- Engage senior business and technology decision makers to understand organizational priorities, AI adoption goals, governance requirements, and transformation initiatives, positioning Microsoft AI Workforce solutions as key enablers of business outcomes.
- Lead customer conversations around Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat, Agents, Viva, Microsoft 365 E3/E5, Frontline Worker solutions, Windows 365, and related AI Workforce offerings.
- Orchestrate virtual teams across sales, technical specialists, customer success, consulting, and partners to execute complex opportunities and accelerate customer adoption.
- Develop compelling business cases and value realization strategies that demonstrate measurable productivity, workforce modernization, and citizen/student impact outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted AI Workforce subject matter expert, leveraging competitive insights, industry trends, and best practices to influence customer decision-making and accelerate transformation initiatives.
- Maintain sales excellence through effective territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and execution against revenue and consumption targets.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
- 5+ years of technology sales experience selling cloud, AI, productivity, or digital transformation solutions, 5+ years of technology-related sales, solution sales, or account management experience.
- Experience engaging executive stakeholders within Government, Education, Healthcare, or other Public Sector organizations.
- Experience with consultative, value-based selling methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI, Copilot, Microsoft 365, Modern Work, Security, and Workforce Transformation solutions.
