We are actively seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our team, contributing to the development of an exceptional mobile application for GCP.

In this crucial role, you will serve as a foundational member of a dynamic and agile team, which consists of around 10 highly skilled mobile specialists. Your key responsibility will be direct contribution, including both the development and maintenance of the mobile application itself, as well as its interconnected backend systems, ensuring seamless functionality and robust performance across the entire ecosystem. You will have a chance to directly influence the architectural decisions and technical direction of our mobile offerings, making a tangible impact on user experience and overall product success.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Poland: zł206000 - zł211000 (PLN) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Develop and implement mobile architecture.
Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance team performance.
Drive continuous improvement in the quality of mobile applications and backend systems.
Engage in close collaboration with engineers and staff teams.
Participate in on-call rotations and proactively contribute to system maintainability enhancements.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms.
Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
Experience with backend development.
Experience with Flutter and Dart.
