Description and Requirements
Lead projects signal validation process and ability to coordinate resource , deliver project document (Test plan/report) in time to meet product milestone.
1). Control project resource/status and estimate test matrix to ensure test coverage
2). Execute detail MB signal validation work(high/low/margin test) to meet overall system spec and release final document for result tracking
3). Take validation schedule/risk/issue management to meet system milestone to meet each phase G.O and 100% exit, and be the contact window with customer/corss-function
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills for customer and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage schedules, risks, issues, and milestone commitments.
- Strong project coordination and resource management skills.
- Ability to develop test plans, test matrices, and validation reports.Knowledge of signal integrity validation methodologies and margin testing.
- Experience leading signal validation activities for hardware development projects.
