- Analyze and interpret complex shipping performance data to identify improvement strategies
- Develop and implement targeted coaching plans to enhance shipper performance
- Facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions with shipping partners
- Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses of transportation disruptions
- Manage and report on key performance metrics and improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Are 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project or program management
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
