We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer who is passionate about building scalable digital solutions and enjoys working in a complex enterprise environment. You will join an international team responsible for developing and enhancing one of the key platforms supporting business processes across Siemens Healthineers worldwide.
This is an opportunity to work on large-scale ServiceNow implementations spanning multiple products and business areas while contributing to platform modernization, governance initiatives, and the adoption of best-in-class development practices.
This is a hybrid position with possible locations in Bratislava, Žilina, or Košice.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, platform owners, product managers, and business stakeholders across multiple countries
- Drive continuous improvement of development standards, code quality, automation, and delivery processes
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design reviews, and platform governance activities
- Support platform modernization initiatives and contribute to the adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Information Security, and Data Privacy requirements
- Take ownership of delivered solutions throughout their lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing support
Technical Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow development in enterprise environments
- Strong JavaScript knowledge and understanding of modern development principles
- Experience with one or more ServiceNow product areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, or Platform applications
- Experience working with integrations, workflows, scripting, and platform customization
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are considered an advantage

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is 3000€
In addition, this role includes a variable compensation component, depending on individual and/or company performance.
The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience and may exceed the stated minimum.
