Responsibilities

  • Perform calibration of electronic test and measurement equipment (e.g., multimeters, LCR-Products, oscilloscopes, RF instruments)
  • Analyze, diagnose, and where applicable repair instruments within the service process
  • Prepare and evaluate calibration certificates and reports in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 17025)
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures
  • Support troubleshooting and technical clarification for internal and customer-related issues
  • Accurately document all service and calibration activities in the relevant systems
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and workflows
  • Provide technical support and, if required, communicate with customers on service-related topics
Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, or equivalent qualification
  • Additional qualification such as State-Certified Technician or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of electronic measurement techniques and signal processing
  • Ideally experience in calibration or servicing of electronic test equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and quality-focused working style
  • Familiarity with relevant standards and documentation processes (e.g., ISO, ISO 17025; DAkkS experience is a plus)
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Team player with a strong customer and service orientation
  • On-site calibration services for electronic measuring instruments available for several weeks each year
