Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:- Represent Service in key business decision forums and product milestone reviews
- Define warranty strategies aligned with product positioning and customer expectations
- Design service models and align with service offerings
- Perform service cost, readiness, and risk analysis to support launch decisions
- Develop and maintain the overall hardware support and service readiness plan
- Own service‑related launch milestones and ensure on‑time delivery
- Partner with global teams to turn service requirements into executable plans
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in participating in business decision-making and product milestone review processes from a service perspective.
- Proven capability in developing warranty strategies and service models that align with product positioning and customer needs.
- Proficiency in conducting service-related analysis, including cost, readiness, and risk assessment, to support launch decisions.
