Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Refine and drive GCBP's H1/H2 planning processes, tooling standardization (chiron/taskflow/servicenow), and comprehensive Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) monitoring and reporting.
  • Lead GCBP's OKR Management life-cycle, encompassing annual development, metrics definition, and quarterly tracking.
  • Optimize GCBP's business cadence, including operational reviews such as objectives and key results (OKR) and initiative reviews, to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
  • Manage commitment and delivery communications to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and aligned on progress.
  • Oversee audit and compliance activities to ensure adherence to organizational standards and mitigate risk. Manage team of 10 locally and internationally.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • 5 years of experience managing teams.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.
  • Experience with resource management, audit compliance, and process management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in managing complex, global and cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to optimize business cadence, including operational reviews such as OKR and initiative reviews ensuring strategic alignment and execution.
  • Ability to oversee audit and compliance activities to ensure adherence to organizational standards and mitigate risk.
  • Ability to influence and engage with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, driving alignment and achieving results.
