We are seeking a versatile engineer with deep expertise in software development, system architecture and cutting-edge cloud technologies to drive impactful engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities

In this hands-on, technically rigorous role, you will collaborate closely with cross functional customers to diagnose pain points, resolve complex technical issues, and deliver scalable, widely adopted cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a consistent track record of delivering large-scale, distributed and complex software deployments across multi-cloud environments, paired with deep technical acumen. You will own the full software development lifecycle—from end-to-end design and architecture to implementation, testing and deployment—showcasing expertise in building production-grade cloud infrastructure and applications.

Minimum Qualifications

Programming and API Expertise: Mastery of one or more programming languages (Python, Go or Java), with hands-on experience implementing industry standard design patterns and developing RESTful/gRPC APIs.
Cloud Infrastructure Experience: Proven track record working with one or more major public cloud platforms and underlying infrastructure.
Cloud Native Proficiency: Familiarity with modern cloud native application development practices, including Kubernetes orchestration and end-to-end CI/CD pipeline implementation, crossplane framework.
Core Protocol Knowledge: Solid understanding of foundational network and security protocols, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS and X509 certificate frameworks.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Skills: Proficiency in at least one IaC solution, such as Terraform, Pulumi.
Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build, nurture and sustain cross-functional partnerships with peer teams and stakeholders.
Language Fluency: Professional fluency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly in global and regional workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading architectural and detailed design efforts, with a focus on embedding security, high availability, fault tolerance and operational resiliency into core system design.
Hands-on experience operating, optimizing and scaling cloud infrastructure and production-grade services on public cloud platforms, with the ability to deeply understand customer business needs and propose targeted, feasible technical solutions.
Practical exposure to cloud networking technologies, design patterns and troubleshooting for distributed cloud environments.
Proven expertise in application and service reliability engineering, including incident response, performance tuning and uptime optimization.
