Promotions fuel the Amazon flywheel — they delight customers, drive sales for selling partners, and grow long-term free cash flow. Selling partner engagement, clear communication, and continuous feedback are central to our mission.

In this role, you will lead Selling Partner Communications & Go-to-Market for Promotions, partnering across product, marketing, seller experience, and support teams. You'll own the strategy and execution of how we communicate with selling partners about promotions capabilities — including launches, ongoing engagement, contact reduction, and marketing content — while establishing mechanisms to gather selling partner feedback and translate it into product improvements.

Key job responsibilities
- Go-to-Market & Communications: Own end-to-end selling partner communications strategy for Promotions launches, feature releases, and ongoing engagement — ensuring clear, timely, and high-quality messaging across all channels

- Feedback Mechanisms: Establish and operate regular mechanisms (listening sessions, advisory councils, surveys, office hours) to hear directly from selling partners, synthesize insights, and channel feedback into the product roadmap

- Selling Partner Contact Reduction: Identify top drivers of selling partner contacts (cases, escalations, confusion points) related to promotions, define reduction targets, and drive cross-functional programs to eliminate friction

- Marketing Content: Develop compelling content for Accelerate, New Seller Summit, and other marquee events — partnering with marketing, product, and executive stakeholders to land our promotions value proposition

- Mechanism Building: Create scalable, repeatable processes (e.g., communication calendars, launch playbooks, feedback-to-roadmap pipelines) that raise the bar on how we engage selling partners on promotions

- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across Product, Tech, Support, Marketing, and WW expansion teams to align messaging, prioritize pain points, and deliver a cohesive seller experience
