Senior Program Manager, Amazon LATAM SSD, Amazon LATAM SSD
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead strategic programs within Amazon's Sub-Same-Day (SSD) Operations across Latin America. This role is responsible for defining, developing, and executing SSD initiatives — spanning network topology, operational expansion, and cross-functional coordination — while driving end-to-end program delivery across the region.
You will own the strategy and execution of high-impact programs that enable SSD growth and operational excellence in LATAM. You will build scalable mechanisms, coordinate deeply with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Define and drive the SSD strategic roadmap — network expansion, topology planning, and launches — working cross-functionally with Stores, DEX, Finance, and Operations to accelerate speed, grow GMS, and reduce cost to serve
- Partner across miles and functions (Stores, DEX, Finance, Real Estate, Transportation, Planning) to align priorities, define RACIs, and remove blockers
- Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership through business reviews and executive narratives
- Build scalable mechanisms, dashboards, and reporting tools to track progress and achieve business and operational goals
- Coordinate with peer Program Managers across Ops regions and Stores to share best practices and drive consistency
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
