We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help define product strategy, and prioritize product features for the Enrollment and Claims processes of Medicare Advantage and Commercial Claims Payers.
About The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive product feature definition for Oracle Health Insurance in the US Payer Market, with a focus on the Medicare Advantage capabilities. Specifically with regard to Medicare Advantage Enrollment processes, the interaction with CMS, and Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement claims processing as performed by commercial payers.
What You Will Do

Define and drive product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for Oracle Health Insurance product capabilities.

Write product requirements for Medicare Advantage Enrollment and Claims Processing.

Translate complex CMS Medicare regulations into Medicare Advantage product requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.

Work with engineering teams to develop and deliver the product features for Medicare Advantage

Communicate product direction, changes, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to executive stakeholders, internal teams, field organizations, and customers.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $72,800 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities
What We Are Looking For
Experience in working in the Medicare Advantage insurance domain at a software vendor or at a health plan.
5+ years of product management experience leading complex software, health insurance technology, or operational processing initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to own product strategy and execution for complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
Ability to translate ambiguous operational needs, governmental regulations and mandates into clear product direction, requirements, prioritization decisions, and measurable outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders.
Sound product judgment, strong prioritization skills, and a bias for action in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
Strong analytical skills and comfort using qualitative and quantitative inputs to make decisions, measure impact, and reassess priorities.
High ownership, resilience, curiosity, and a genuine passion for improving healthcare experiences through scalable platform and operational capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
