Drive programmatic advertising strategy and execution for Amazon’s internal marketing teams. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results that shape the future of advertising at Amazon. You’ll leverage advanced platforms like Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and DV360 to execute data-driven campaigns that align with business goals and drive performance.

Key job responsibilities
-Plan and execute programmatic media campaigns within Amazon DSP and other platforms, managing setup, budget allocation, and pacing to ensure optimal performance
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and data insights to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
-Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery issues, ad serving errors, and reporting discrepancies to maintain campaign health
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing teams, Supply, and Product partners to align media strategies with business objectives and drive continuous improvement
-Generate and present detailed performance reports and insights to communicate campaign results and strategic recommendations

A day in the life
As a Senior Marketing Manager on the Amazon Digital Advertising team, you’ll spend your day managing multiple programmatic campaigns across Amazon DSP and other platforms, analyzing performance data to identify optimization opportunities, and collaborating with internal marketing teams to align media strategies with their business goals. You might start your morning reviewing overnight campaign performance metrics, then shift into troubleshooting a delivery issue with a partner team, followed by a strategy session to plan the next campaign launch. You’ll balance hands-on campaign management with cross-functional collaboration, working alongside Supply and Product teams to understand how platform improvements can better serve our advertisers’ needs.

Our team leverages Amazon's Advertising DSP to support strategic business initiatives across the company. You'll work closely with marketing partners, Supply teams, and Product teams—all working toward the shared goal of delivering exceptional advertising capabilities that drive business impact.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Amazon DSP

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
