Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $236000 - $329000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for TPU hardware and system design, Bill of Materials (BOM) design, and software/hardware co-design for TPU projects.
- Gather system requirements, define architecture, execute hardware design, and product validation.
- Lead the bring up, validation, NPI, deployment, and sustaining of hardware solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Thermal, Validation, Manufacturing, and external vendors.
- Drive system development from concept through production.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with hardware systems design, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience in technical leadership.
- Experience with power circuit design and signal integrity.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with hardware, design and bring-up.
- 3 years of experience in management.
- Experience in PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, USB, SPI etc.
