As Senior Finance Manager, OCI Finance & Analytics, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for financial planning, cloud cost optimization, advanced analytics, and executive reporting across Oracle's global OCI footprint. This is a highly visible leadership role where finance meets technology, partnering with executives across Finance, Engineering, Operations, Systems, and Product to influence investment decisions and improve operational efficiency at enterprise scale.

What You'll Do Lead a High-Performing Team- Inspire, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals and technical data analysts.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure successful execution across multiple strategic initiatives.
- Build organizational capability while creating an environment where talented people can thrive.
- Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and long-range planning for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure usage across Oracle.
- Partner with business leaders to optimize cloud investments and improve financial performance.
- Deliver executive-level financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations that influence strategic decision making.
- Develop business cases and financial models that maximize cloud utilization while balancing performance and cost.
- Lead the strategy and execution of scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable business insights.
- Drive modernization through automation, improved data governance, and best-in-class business intelligence solutions.
- Partner with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Systems teams to solve complex business challenges using data.
- Analyze large-scale operational and financial datasets to identify opportunities, manage risk, and improve decision making.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Corporate organizations.
- Translate complex financial and technical information into compelling recommendations for executive audiences.
- Champion operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

What You'll Bring
You're equally comfortable discussing financial strategy with executives as you are diving into data with technical teams. You combine business acumen, analytical rigor, and people leadership to solve complex challenges and drive measurable results.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business analytics, cloud finance, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and month-end close.
- Experience leading reporting, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives using SQL and enterprise reporting platforms.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency and enterprise planning tools.
- Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical organizations.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, hyperscale technology, or data center organizations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or public cloud financial management.
- Experience with SQL, Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
- Proven success leading reporting modernization, automation, or data governance initiatives.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification.
