Position Overview
Join Our Team as a Senior Executive Assistant – Be the Backbone of Strategy & Execution. We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to support our Central Region Electrical Infrastructure Leadership Team. This high-impact role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, you’ll take full ownership of the sales crediting process for the Central Region, driving operational excellence and accountability across the sales organization. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership operations, a trusted partner who ensures clarity, consistency, and coordination. The ideal candidate is sharp, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll be working closely with senior leaders, handling sensitive information, and playing a vital role in promoting a strong, collaborative culture within both the Central Region Electrical Infrastructure and Distribution Channel Management teams.
This position reports directly to the Director of the Central Region.
Senior Executive Assistant
This position will be remote in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin Preferred in Texas metro areas.
Role Description
You’ll make an impact by:
- Drive ownership and oversight of the sales crediting process for the Central Region sales organization.
- Provide high level of administrative support to the Leadership team.
- Facilitate complex calendar management and schedule complex travel arrangements with detailed itineraries.
- Oversee expense reports and purchase requests, ensuring correct cost center allocation and timely payments.
- Plan, coordinate, and prepare leadership team meetings and other meetings, including virtual and remote sessions; document meeting notes, record action items, assign follow-ups, and participate as needed to capture minutes.
- Assist the leadership team with onboarding new hires and ordering the required equipment and access to the appropriate systems.
- Highly organized and proficient with software systems; able to track and report using tools such as Excel and other organizational platforms.

Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of executive assistant expertise supporting
- 3-5+ years proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS TEAMS, and Power Point).
- 3-5+ years in managing documents, reports, and schedules to ensure accuracy.
- 3-5+ years proficient with software systems; able to track and report using tools such as Excel and other organizational platforms.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5+ years of managing projects and prioritizing multiple tasks and schedules.
