Executive Support & Communications
- Manage multiple executive calendars, priorities, and communications with precision and confidentiality.
- Prepare meeting materials and briefings for internal and external engagements.
- Track key initiatives and organizational goals, ensuring follow-through and alignment.
- Manage travel, expenses, and budget tracking efficiently.
Program & Event Management
- Help with planning and content coordination for employee-facing events, external sessions, and team off-sites.
- Organize and execute team morale activities and leadership development events.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Collaborate across functions and teams to gather and synthesize strategic insights.
- Partner with fellow EAs to share best practices, collaborate for the benefit of executives, and serve as an in-office point of contact.
- Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth communication and initiative alignment.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Previous experience managing multiple executives is a plus.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to track complex initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work across organizational levels with tact and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable messaging.
- Strong discretion and judgment when handling confidential information.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
This is an in-office role based in Pleasanton, California.
