About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience:

We are the CCO Product Strategy team — a newly formed and fast-growing group within Salesforce's Chief Customer Officer (CCO) organization. We sit at the intersection of product, data, and strategy, and we're building our data capability from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join at the foundation stage and directly shape how our team harnesses data to drive customer success outcomes across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Our stack: Tableau Next, Snowflake, and Salesforce Data Cloud. Our mission: build the gold standard for data products that power CCO and Customer Success strategy.

What You Will Be Building

  • Self-Serve Dashboards & Reports — Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau Next that serve as a reliable, self-serve source of truth for stakeholders across shelfware, MCP adoption, and P&L metrics

  • Metric Standardization — Help standardize metric definitions and maintain the semantic layer within the data product, working alongside the Analytics Engineer

  • Analysis & Insights — Turn ad-hoc stakeholder questions into fast, credible analysis, and contribute to broader insights delivery for CCO and Customer Success leadership

  • Data Stewardship — Partner directly with stakeholders to resolve reporting issues and keep improving the reporting experience. You will own the dbt semantic layer and metric governance end-to-end, and own metric catalog covering key P&L metrics and product adoption metrics

You're Our Person If:

  • Tableau-savvy — Deep experience building Tableau dashboards; Tableau Next experience a plus, or strong readiness to ramp on it

  • Data Driven — Comfortable with SQL and querying relational databases like Snowflake

  • A Builder at Heart — You thrive in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments and want to help stand up a data foundation from scratch

  • Detail-Oriented — Care about metric consistency, documentation, and getting definitions right, since these become the standard others build on

  • A Clear Communicator — Can translate data into insights stakeholders can act on

  • Advanced dbt experience

  • Strong Snowflake experience

  • Semantic modeling expertise

  • Advanced Tableau modeling experience

  • Tableau Next semantic layer experience

Even Better If:

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Salesforce CRM analytics

  • Familiarity with dbt or semantic-layer concepts

  • Exposure to RLS/access-controlled dashboards
