Senior Cloud Architect – Financial Services Industry (FSI)
As a trusted technical advisor, you will engage with customer stakeholders at multiple levels, helping them define cloud strategies, modernize existing environments, and accelerate their digital transformation initiatives. You will play a key role throughout the customer lifecycle, from discovery and solution design to proof of concept, deployment, and ongoing adoption.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to develop and execute cloud adoption strategies for strategic FSI customers.
- Design and present Oracle Cloud architectures aligned with customer business and technical requirements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Support customers through architecture design, proof of concept (POC), implementation planning, and production deployment.
- Provide expertise in cloud infrastructure, data platforms, analytics, artificial intelligence, and application modernization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle teams to deliver customer success and remove technical blockers.
- Build trusted relationships with business and technical decision-makers, including executive stakeholders.
- Create reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, best practices, demos, and technical content.
- Act as a customer advocate by providing feedback to product and engineering teams on market needs and emerging requirements.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to the technical development of the broader team.
Additional Responsibilities
- Adopt a consultative approach with customers, proactively researching their business landscape, market trends, and technology challenges to identify opportunities for innovation and transformation.
- Engage with executive and technical stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate business needs into actionable cloud, data, and AI solutions within the Oracle ecosystem.
- Act as a trusted advisor beyond technology implementation, helping customers evaluate alternatives, define modernization roadmaps, and develop long-term cloud and data strategies.
- Bring industry insight and thought leadership, particularly within Financial Services, to recommend solutions that address regulatory, operational, and business challenges.
- Lead customer-facing discussions and workshops, driving accountability from discovery through solution adoption and business outcomes.
- Identify and define AI and data-driven use cases that can generate measurable business value while leveraging existing enterprise data platforms and mission-critical systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience designing and implementing cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and/or other major cloud platforms.
- Experience with data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and modern application architectures.
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with large, complex organizations in highly regulated industries is a plus.
- English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
