The Core Data Center Business Unit (CDBU) plays a meaningful role in delivering innovative SSD solutions that power data center and enterprise applications around the world. We work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business teams to ensure successful product launches, customer qualifications, and long-term business growth. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will support the full SSD product lifecycle, from new product introductions and customer qualifications to inventory optimization and end-of-life transitions. This role offers the opportunity to influence business decisions, drive cross-functional execution, and provide critical operational support that helps ensure customer success and business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead operational readiness and execution for SSD new product introductions, HVM transitions, and end-of-life activities, including sampling, qualification tracking, and lifecycle management
- Coordinate sample fulfillment, customer qualification activities, Product Change Notifications (PCNs), and cross-functional launch readiness with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams
- Analyze business performance, operational metrics, and customer trends to develop insights, support planning decisions, and drive pivotal initiatives
- Maintain material-level systems integrity through SAP part number management, Customer Requirements Table (CRT) maintenance, Configure-to-Order (CTO) support, and Customer Containment Rule (CCR) governance
- Partner with Supply Chain and Business Unit teams to optimize inventory health, handle supply risks, support strategic customer demand, and drive process improvements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP business systems
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2-C1 level)
- Ability to collaborate successfully across multiple teams and partner groups
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting product lifecycle management, NPI, HVM, EOL, or business operations in a manufacturing or technology environment
- Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain planning, demand planning, or operational analytics
- Experience developing reports, business insights, and data-driven recommendations for leadership teams
- Background or experience with NAND technology, SSD products, or semiconductor industries
- Strong teamwork, prioritization, and time management skills
