As a Data Analyst specializing in business intelligence and data engineering, you will help transform complex business requirements into actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions. In this role, you will bridge business and technical teams, drive analytics initiatives, and develop dashboards and visualizations that support strategic decision making across the organization. Your work will directly contribute to improving data accessibility, reporting efficiency, and business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business interested parties to capture requirements, define user stories, and document acceptance criteria
  • Serve as the main liaison between business teams and software development teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Translate sophisticated business needs into actionable requirements and support Agile development processes
  • Coordinate validation, testing, and participant sign-off to ensure solutions meet business objectives
  • Develop and improve reports, dashboards, analytics, and visualizations using Power BI and other business intelligence tools

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven ability as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Engineer, or related IT role
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau, SQL query optimization, PL/SQL, and reporting development
  • Experience with Snowflake and Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies such as SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and SSMS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting end-to-end business intelligence and analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience developing ETL processes, stored procedures, database views, and reporting solutions
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and enterprise reporting best practices
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled analytics and reporting capabilities to enhance business insights and decision making
