SEMI EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

• Work on mold & trim and form system downtime and major follow-ups of the day
• Carry out mold PM per schedule and follow PM procedure
• Ensure all machine repair & buy-off checklists are being updated accordingly
• Perform equipment setup, calibration and verification after maintenance.
• Feedback on any machine spares requirement for machine utilization improvement / machine sustaining / CIP’s
• Proper follow up and documentation on rectification performed to engineers and supervisors
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures before breakdown occurs.
• Maintain good housekeeping (5S) in production line and maintenance area
