Your role:

As an experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Architect, you will join the Smart Infrastructure team in Milan and lead the architectural vision and roadmap for our Salesforce CPQ ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our CPQ landscape as part of the SherpaX transformation journey, ensuring scalable, reusable, and business-aligned solutions across multiple Business Units, regions, and strategic initiatives.

As a trusted technology leader, you will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product teams, and delivery organizations to define and govern the Salesforce CPQ architecture, support end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes, and drive alignment with the SherpaX Northstar platform strategy.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Defining and driving the architecture strategy for Salesforce CPQ (CPQ+ and RCA) and related ecosystem applications, ensuring alignment with SherpaX and SI-CPQ objectives.
  • Shaping and supporting end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes, with a strong focus on the CPQ domain and alignment with the SherpaX Northstar platform strategy.
  • Providing architectural leadership for new CPQ demands across Business Units and regions, supporting the global CPQ demand management process.
  • Ensuring architectural alignment across delivery organizations, including SI IT, DI IT, and major transformation initiatives such as SherpaX, Xcelarator, and SiePortal.
  • Partnering with business and analytics teams to enable Sales Data Analytics initiatives through scalable, reusable, and future-ready CPQ solutions.
  • Promoting standardization, synergies, and best practices across the CPQ landscape while ensuring long-term maintainability and scalability.

What makes you a great match:

Core Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Proven ability to design enterprise-scale CPQ architectures across complex, global organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash business processes, sales operations, and enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Experience working across multiple Business Units, regions, and distributed delivery teams.
  • Skilled at influencing stakeholders and providing architectural guidance in large transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, platform governance, data architecture, and analytics enablement.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications and Salesforce CPQ expertise are highly desirable.
  • A strategic thinker who combines technical excellence with business acumen and a passion for scalable, reusable solutions.

The pay range for this position is €54.000 - €66.000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
