🚀 Reverse Supply Chain Specialist

About the Role

Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for data and customer operations? 

We are looking for a Reverse Supply Chain Specialist to drive our LCCP (Lexmark Cartridge Collection Program) container flow and customer portfolio. In this role, you will bridge the gap between reverse logistics, partner management, and strategic reporting. You will act as the first-level escalation point, optimize customer performance, and ensure our green initiatives run smoothly across the EMEA region.


What You Will Do (Main Responsibilities)

📦 Operations & Portfolio Management

·       Control container flow and manage day-to-day operations for EMEA LCCP customers.

·       Oversee the web portal registration process (validate eligibility, cross-check details, and manage accounts).

·       Track and optimize the box ordering and delivery ratio/process.

📊 Analytics & Reporting

·       Monitor monthly metrics and KPIs, analyzing root causes for deviations and proposing improvement actions.

·       Evaluate customer performance (e.g., cartridge return rates) and take action on inactive accounts.

·       Support stakeholders with statistics, visual reports, and data for monthly business reviews.

? Partner & Stakeholder Relations

·       Act as the primary contact for external Collection Society partners.

·       Review and submit Collection Society invoices and track their performance.

·       Communicate proactively between all key players regarding open points and actions.

⚖️ Compliance & Governance

·       Ensure all operational processes align with Corporate Policies, ISO certificates, and international regulations (SOX).


What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

·       Education: BSc degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

·       Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in reporting, operations, or business analyst activities.

·       Languages: Advanced (C1) English working proficiency is a must. Any additional European language is a great plus.

·       Tech Skills: Advanced MS Office user (especially Excel). Knowledge of Power BI is a strong advantage.
