Description

Tesla's retail stores are more than sales floors, they are the physical expression of our brand, our products, and our mission. As Regional Retail Program Specialist you will support the connection between EMEA retail marketing strategy and real customer experience on the ground. As part of the Central Europe Sales Operations team, you will work alongside the Customer Engagement, CX, Infradev, and local store teams to help ensure that every program, every asset, and every touchpoint tells a consistent, curated story from the moment a customer walks in the door.

This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role that requires presence in market. You will travel regularly within Central Europe to support program rollouts, conduct brand standard checks, and build the kind of trusted local relationships that help EMEA strategy land.

Responsibilities

  • Support the consistent implementation of brand standards across all locations in Central Europe
  • Support the implementation of retail programs in market, including new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen initiatives
  • Coordinate retail refresh initiatives and brand asset distribution across locations in Central Europe
  • Conduct regular store standard checks across each location and report field observations, learnings, and local market dynamics to the relevant teams
  • Support and inform different stakeholders on new and existing store developments, helping ensure retail standards and educational elements are integrated
  • Support the piloting of new retail concepts and sales tools locally, and help facilitate best practice sharing across markets
  • Build and maintain comprehensive database of brand assets and equipment for each location in Central Europe

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail marketing, operations, or a related field - ideally within a consumer brand, automotive, or tech environment
  • Good understanding of in-store brand experience, consumer journey, and retail standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with support from senior team members
  • Highly collaborative - comfortable working across functions including marketing, operations, design, and facilities
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach to execution and follow-through
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Central Europe — this role requires a consistent in-market presence
  • Proficiency in German & English; additional regional language is a plus
