Real Time Analyst, Semi

Description

Tesla is hiring a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) for the Semi Workforce Management team. This role is primarily focused on Semi Service as it scales, with flexibility to support other Semi organizations on headcount and resource needs. 

You will own real-time tracking of Semi headcount and labor resources, monitor performance throughout the day, recommend reallocating people as demand shifts, and make fast, data-driven decisions so service levels and operational targets are met. 

Responsibilities

• Track Semi Truck headcount and workforce resources in real time (scheduled vs. actual, availability, skills, deployment) - primarily Semi Service, other Semi orgs as needed 
• Monitor queues, statuses, service levels, skills, systems, and demand projections 
• Balance resources across channels and teams to hit service level and throughput targets 
• Report daily performance with clear analysis (what happened, why, what was done) 
• Make real-time resource decisions under pressure; evaluate cause and effect 
• Partner with Semi Service (and other Semi stakeholders) to flag staffing risks early and drive corrective action 
• Execute WFM and Semi operating protocols accurately and consistently 

Requirements

• 2+ years in Workforce Management as an RTA or Analyst. Experience with WFM platforms 
• Multi-site/scaling service or headcount/labor tracking experience preferred 
• Strong decision making and root cause problem solving under pressure 
• Solid WFM fundamentals (intraday management, adherence, shrinkage, service level, forecasting vs. actuals) 
• Advanced Excel; WFM software experience (e.g., Alvaria/Aspect) 
• Accurate protocol execution; thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure settings 
• Strong prioritization, detail orientation, and multi-tasking
