Project Manager, Abusive Actor Integrity Operations
Description
Meta is seeking a Project Manager to support integrity operations focused on detecting, investigating, and mitigating abusive actor activity across Meta's platforms. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional workflows that support trust and safety programs, helping to operationalize processes that protect users from coordinated inauthentic behavior, policy violations, and platform abuse. You will work closely with integrity, policy, legal, and engineering teams to track project milestones, surface operational gaps, and drive execution of initiatives that strengthen Meta's defenses against abusive actors at scale.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project workflows supporting abusive actor detection, investigation, and enforcement operations across integrity teams Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for integrity operations initiatives, escalating risks and blockers to appropriate stakeholders Partner with trust and safety, policy, legal, and engineering teams to align on operational requirements and project scope Maintain and update project documentation, process maps, and status reports to ensure transparency across cross-functional partners Support the design and implementation of scalable operational processes for managing abusive actor case workflows Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or gaps in integrity enforcement pipelines and surface recommendations Assist in coordinating cross-functional reviews of integrity incidents, ensuring findings are documented and action items are tracked to resolution Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and playbooks for abusive actor response operations Facilitate regular syncs and working sessions with integrity operations stakeholders to drive alignment and project momentum
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations within a trust and safety, integrity, or policy enforcement environment Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving legal, policy, or enforcement stakeholders in a technology or platform context Experience tracking project status, managing timelines, and communicating progress to stakeholders across multiple concurrent workstreams Experience working with operational data or case management systems to monitor workflow performance and identify process gaps Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience developing or refining standard operating procedures and operational playbooks in a fast-moving integrity or compliance environment Experience supporting abusive actor investigations, coordinated inauthentic behavior enforcement, or platform integrity operations Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Familiarity with trust and safety frameworks, content policy enforcement workflows, or law enforcement response operations Proficiency with project management tools and workflow tracking systems used in operations or case management contexts Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
