Description and Requirements

Job Description

Support project management, data analysis, system optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. Not only capable of driving projects but also passionate about leveraging data, automation, and AI technologies to improve business efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
  • Develop project plans, track progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize project-related data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Build and maintain project dashboards, reports, and management metrics.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop lightweight automation tools, scripts, or digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support database, reporting platform, and project management system optimization.
  • Explore and apply AI tools and digital technologies to enhance project management, knowledge management, reporting, and workflow automation.

Job Qualifications

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations, Business Analysis, or related functions.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Python, SQL, VBA, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar technologies.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; able to use English as a daily working language in a multicultural environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience in database management, automation, or system enhancement projects.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or AI-related innovation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business pain points and independently implement practical technical solutions.
  • Experience in the computer, consumer electronics, hardware, or high-tech industry.
