We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Travel team and drive program management across travel verticals — buses, flights, trains, and hotels. This role demands a high-ownership individual who can operate with minimal supervision, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate dives deep into data, earns trust across cross-functional teams, and has a bias for action to move the needle on business outcomes.

Key job responsibilities
  • Own and drive horizontal program tracks across Travel verticals (bus, flights, trains, hotels), including launch readiness, partner onboarding, and operational scaling initiatives.
  • Lead program execution across teams — ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables across Finance, Business Development, Marketing, and Product.
  • Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics; track progress and communicate status to leadership.
  • Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies across Engineering, Product, and Business teams, and drive cross-team alignment to deliver programs on time.
  • Partner with Product, Finance, Business, and Marketing stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable program plans with clear ownership and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain mechanisms (Business Reviews, dashboards, trackers) to monitor program health and drive accountability across the team.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on program delays and risks; proactively develop mitigation strategies and escalation paths.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, building repeatable playbooks, and scaling best practices across the team.
  • Manage coordination with travel supply partners (Online Travel Agencies, suppliers, and aggregators); hold partners accountable to SLAs and timelines.
  • Own stakeholder communication — status reports, executive summaries, and leadership updates.
