We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Program Manager to lead the Seller Partner Network (SPN) strategy for Global Selling LATAM.

This role sits at the intersection of seller experience, provider management, and scalable operations. The Program Manager will own the development and management of third-party service providers supporting Sellers across areas such as compliance, logistics, listings, advertising, and account management, while driving the creation of a scalable Seller management model.

Key job responsibilities
(1) SPN Strategy & Seller Coverage: Define and execute the country SPN strategy, ensuring Sellers are connected with the right providers throughout their export journey.

(2) Provider Management & Service Quality: Recruit, onboard, and manage specialized service providers while establishing performance tracking mechanisms and accountability standards.

(3) Seller Growth & Incentives: Own budgets and incentive programs designed to drive Seller adoption of SPN services and improve Seller performance.

(4) Programmatic Seller Management: Drive the performance of our Existing Sellers via scalable mechanisms in partnership with providers.

(5) Operational Excellence & Tracking: Build scalable mechanisms to track Seller assignments, provider launches, service adoption, and overall business impact.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of program or project management experience
  • 4+ years of working cross functionally with non-tech teams experience
  • 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
