As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
Enterprise SaaS Center of Excellence (CoE) is the central hub for all third-party (3P) platforms (including Salesforce and ServiceNow) across Google and Alphabet. We build secure, scalable, and intelligent enterprise experiences that redefine digital labor. Our team's daily focus is to focus on software engineering, platform integrations, and launching agentic capabilities for Salesforce and ServiceNow users. We manage the 3P landscape, risk-managing high-risk SaaS apps across all PAs and Bets. We lead game-changing initiatives like automating support journeys for Finance and POps removing human interactions and the ServiceNow domain expansion across many product areas to drive efficiencies. We unify Alphabet's landscape, driving massive foundational efforts like the AI Enterprise Connect with a native 3P AI capabilities to deliver engaging experiences. We build first-of-their-kind 1P-to-3P integrations that save tens of thousands of Googler hours and reduce case-handling costs. We ensure Google remains safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant while moving fast with AI-first protections.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Act as the main interface connecting Engineering, Legal, Legal and Risk Engineering (LRE), and external system integrators.
- Prepare and present program statuses, technical roadmaps, and risk registers for alignment with Director and VP-level sponsors.
- Lead strategic discovery workshops to define core business requirements, and translate them into structured sprint plans for the execution teams.
- Partner with the ServiceNow CoE Platform Services team to unblock critical dependencies, such as native Google integrations, document intake endpoints, and dashboarding.
- Monitor project financials and statements of work (SOWs) alongside external vendors to ensure deliverables meet on-time and on-budget milestones.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience applying AI principles to project goals (e.g., experience advising teams on integrating AI capabilities or deciding on AI features based on requirements).
- Experience managing intake for product areas (e.g., selecting platforms, managing project budgets, and coordinating with vendors or contractors to build out projects).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g. Service now, Salesforce as well as architecture and presentation delivery).
- Experience evaluating and deploying SaaS products to ensure they meet privacy and security standards, such as Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and employee exit handling.
- Understanding of basic security and privacy principles, including familiarity with concepts like Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Need-to-Know (NTK).
