Program Manager, AI and Gemini App Marketing
As a Program Manager for the AI and Gemini App Marketing team, you will be a key member of the Program Management team that acts as the operational engine connecting product and marketing strategy to seamless execution. In this role, your main objective is to equip marketers with the tools and processes to move with greater agility and velocity so together, you can seamlessly land launches and an ongoing drumbeat of marketing activity across Google’s top AI priorities. You will support critical programs, including model go-to-market and tentpole moment enablement. Your role is truly cross-functional you will partner closely with Marketing leadership and connect the dots across PR, Product Areas like Chrome and Android, and Regions to bring our GTM strategy to life.

You will support critical programs and short-term sprints, enabling rapid progress in a highly complex space. You are analytical and entrepreneurial, willing to try new things while managing numerous high-stakes projects with tight deadlines. You have a passion for AI and use AI tools to be more productive, saving time and enabling velocity. Things happen quickly at Google, and to do great work, you need to rapidly learn new context; quickly develop relationships across Marketing, Product, Comms and beyond; and produce meaningful results in highly ambiguous environments.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end program management across critical cross-marketing initiatives, starting with early access/influencers, red teaming, and GTM enablement programs.
- Support multiple workstreams within a cross-functional program, proactively identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.
- Act as the vanguard for the team’s AI transformation, transitioning manual, fragmented templates, tools and processes into automated, real-time ones.
- Act as a strategic bridge and escalation point across Product, Marketing, Legal, Comms, and Regional teams to eliminate silos.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Program Management certification or experience in program management with a technology company.
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Direct experience building or managing AI-agentic workflows (e.g., orchestrating multiple AI agents to complete complex, multi-step tasks).
- Experience in stakeholder management.
