About the role and team

We're looking for a hard-working, commercially minded Product Marketer to support Uber's Mobility Advertising business. In this role, you'll define Uber's global go-to-market strategy for a growing portfolio of advertising and engagement products that help brands connect with consumers throughout their journey—from the moment they open Uber to their final destination.

This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Design, Research and Business Development. You'll partner closely with teams to shape product strategy, bring new advertising experiences to market, scale global adoption, and build the commercial narratives that help advertisers understand Uber's unique ability to drive real-world engagement and action.

Every day, millions of people turn to Uber with clear intent—whether they're commuting to work, traveling, meeting friends, or discovering somewhere new. Unlike traditional advertising platforms that predict intent, Uber understands where consumers are actually going, creating entirely new opportunities for brands to engage customers through relevant, contextual experiences. From Journey Ads and branded moments to sponsored offers and destination experiences, you'll help shape the future of how brands connect with consumers in motion.

This is a unique opportunity to join an outstanding team and help define the next generation of Mobility Advertising, building products that create more valuable experiences for riders while helping advertisers drive awareness, engagement, and real-world business outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Product Strategy & Influence: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, and Commercial teams to shape the future of Uber's Advertising platform. Bring customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into product development to influence roadmap priorities, define product strategy, and ensure we're building differentiated solutions that deliver value for both advertisers and consumers.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Drive alignment across Product, Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Marketing to ensure advertisers have a seamless experience across every stage of the customer journey. Build scalable commercial processes, enablement, and cross-functional operating models that accelerate adoption and create consistent customer experiences globally.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Define how Uber communicates the value of its Advertising portfolio to advertisers across enterprise, agency, and emerging customer segments. Develop compelling positioning, messaging, proof points, and competitive narratives that clearly articulate Uber's unique ability to connect brands with consumers through relevant, real-world moments.
  • Go-to-Market Excellence: Lead global go-to-market strategy for new advertising products and platform capabilities, from early alpha through scaled commercialization. Build launch plans, sales enablement, customer education, and adoption programs that ensure advertisers receive the right message, through the right channels, at every stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Global Leadership: Partner with regional marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to scale global launches while adapting strategies, messaging, and resources for local markets. Establish best practices and repeatable frameworks that enable successful execution across regions.
  • Research & Insights: Define the learning agenda for the Uber Advertising business by partnering with Research, Data Science, and Product teams. Translate advertiser, consumer, and market insights into recommendations that shape product development, go-to-market strategy, and long-term business growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting and sharing work with executive leadership.
  • Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
