Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

We are transforming Google's Ads Sales platform from a traditional pipeline-tracking CRM database into an active, agentic business operations workspace. As the Product Manager for this portfolio, you will lead the core AI experiences to make sales and specialist teams drive incremental business, and build high-growth, high-moat, high-engagement customer growth solutions.Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle by translating strategy into action, writing clear PRDs, and leading sprint planning.
  • Define product roadmaps by spending time directly with users to understand workflows and pain points.
  • Leverage generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate product development and test data viability.
  • Align disparate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, UX) around a centralized platform goals.
  • Share best practices for AI-native user experiences across the broader ecosystem.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • 1 year of experience as a product manager integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • Experience with software as a service, A/B testing, data management, conversational AI, or LLMs.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM systems, sales intelligence data pipelines, or business-to-business (B2B) sales workflows.
  • Experience aligning disparate cross-functional teams around a centralized platform goals.
  • Experience balancing long-term architectural goals with immediate enterprise rollouts.
