In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive roadmap and delivery for offline data infrastructure supporting Home and Health. Improve data access for subs/growth, agentic access, etc. including logging, observability, debuggability requirements.
  • Own and drive roadmap and delivery for experiments infrastructure supporting Home and Health. Improve the velocity of experiment design, configuration, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Communicate product roadmaps to user community; define and drive user engagement strategies to validate the roadmap and deliver value. Empower teams to run more complex/nuanced experiments (multi-arm) to support product innovation and decision-making.
  • Set key product metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for offline data and experiments infrastructure.
  • Define and ship analytics back-ends that process data and turn it into useful insights. Consolidate logging systems that works across multiple product lines and identify requirements and use cases, system characteristics, and set target metrics.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • Experience integrating generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in data infrastructure and analytics, software experimentation systems, or both.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills (e.g,, written, verbal).
  • Strong cross-functional and cross-organizational collaboration skills, especially with engineering and data science.
  • Adept at using AI tools to amplify Product Manager (PM) impact.
