Responsibilities

  1. Provide process engineering support to automated and manual assembly lines for RF/Microwave products
    • Analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving product quality issue related to process
    • Resolving process problems with incoming material/parts or machine issues to improve process yield
    • Bringing all process to meet process quality requirement
    • Responsible for all quality documentation as required for the manufacturing process
  2. Identify and initiate value engineering cost reduction activities and lead continuous improvement projects
    • Reorganize processes to improve the productivity of assembly lines
    • Redesigning the jig and fixture/tooling to improve process and eliminate sources of repetitive motion injury (RMI) problems
    • Reviewing and revising process/machine parameter setting to improve process yield
    • Involving in new process technology exploration and innovation  
  3. Works on manufacturing engineering assignments with broadly defined objectives
  4. Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization
  5. Participate in new product transfer and outsourcing project

Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material, Chemical) or related discipline
  • At least 2-4 years working experience in related field
  • Experience and knowledgeable in Dispensing, Pick-and-Place, Bonding, Soldering or Cleaning will be added advantages
  • Demonstrated leadership and accountability 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
