Principal Sales Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM
The Principal Sales Consultant will support Oracle Fusion HCM growth across ASEAN by providing expert presales, solution consulting, and business development support. The role will partner with sales teams to progress strategic opportunities, respond to RFIs and RFPs, deliver compelling customer demonstrations, and position Oracle Fusion HCM solutions against customer.

Responsibilities
- Provide presales and solution consulting support for Oracle Fusion HCM opportunities across ASEAN.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer business requirements, challenges, and transformation priorities.
- Develop and deliver tailored solution presentations, demonstrations, and value propositions.
- Lead and coordinate responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other formal customer requests.
- Support business development activities, account planning, pipeline creation, and deal progression.
- Position the Oracle Fusion HCM portfolio, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Workforce Management, Payroll, and HCM Analytics.
- Work closely with sales, product, consulting, partners, and other solution engineering teams to develop winning solutions.
- Provide competitive positioning and address functional, technical, and commercial customer concerns.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including HR, IT, finance, procurement, and senior leadership.
- Contribute reusable content, industry insights, demonstration assets, and best practices to improve presales effectiveness across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in HCM applications, HR transformation, SaaS presales, consulting, or solution engineering.
- Good understanding of enterprise HR processes and HCM operating models.
- Experience supporting complex sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into clear, outcome-based solution recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across multiple teams and countries.
- Willingness to travel within ASEAN as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or a comparable enterprise HCM platform.
- Knowledge of ASEAN HCM market requirements, industry trends, and local business practices.
- Experience engaging senior HR and technology stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud transformation, AI-enabled HR processes, analytics, and integration considerations.

- Contribution to ASEAN Fusion HCM pipeline and revenue growth.
- Quality and timeliness of RFI and RFP responses.
- Effectiveness of customer presentations and demonstrations.
- Progression and conversion of strategic HCM opportunities.
- Strong collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams.
