The opportunity

Adobe Design is looking for a rare designer: a visionary, super senior Principal who can help shape how the world's leading organizations work with documents every day.

You will lead  nd shape design strategy across a growing ecosystem of Adobe Acrobat surfaces, partnerships, and enterprise environments, while bringing the creative power of Adobe Express to everyday knowledge workers around the world. Document Cloud is Adobe's fastest growing cloud, reaching over 650 million monthly active users through products including Acrobat, Sign, Analyzer, and Scan. Our legacy of innovation speaks for itself: TIME's Best Invention two years running, and a Fast Company top 10 spot in Applied AI for 2026.

Relationships, Community, and People

  • Invest in relationships with partners, collaborators, and users as a core part of your process.

  • Facilitate design sprints and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and creators.

  • Develop a clear perspective by listening and observing, turning insights into action.

  • Present and develop communication strategies and concepts for senior executives and partners.

  • Mentor and foster an inclusive environment that empowers designers to innovate.

  • Co-define roadmaps and go-to-market strategy with Document Cloud PMs and PMMs, ensuring design influences product direction from inception.
