Within this organization, the cloud migration and engineering team supports large-scale healthcare transformation programs by designing secure, scalable, automated, and repeatable solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated solutions for OCI tenancy provisioning, customer onboarding, and environment standardization.
  • Develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code modules using Terraform and OCI Resource Manager to provision networking, compute, storage, databases, load balancers, Kubernetes services, and related OCI resources.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure and application deployments using OCI DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, or comparable platforms.
  • Develop orchestration workflows that automate environment provisioning, application deployment, configuration management, migration execution, validation, cutover, and rollback activities.
  • Implement configuration management solutions using Ansible to maintain consistency, security, and reliability across multiple cloud environments.
  • Automate cloud governance, security controls, compliance validation, and policy enforcement in alignment with enterprise and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Enable monitoring, logging, incident response, operational automation, and self-healing capabilities using OCI observability and management services.
  • Create reusable automation frameworks, templates, technical documentation, and operational runbooks while promoting automation standards and best practices across the program.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud automation, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or a comparable enterprise cloud platform.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale cloud migration, modernization, or transformation programs.

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with OCI services, including IAM, Networking, Compute, Storage, Load Balancer, Resource Manager, and OCI DevOps.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Terraform, including the design and maintenance of reusable Infrastructure-as-Code modules.
  • Experience using OCI Resource Manager for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
  • Proficiency in Python and Bash or Shell scripting for cloud automation and operational workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and environment standardization.
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, OCI DevOps, GitLab, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of cloud security, governance, identity management, policy enforcement, and compliance automation.
  • Experience supporting deployment validation, migration cutover, rollback, and post-migration operational activities.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional certification.
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure DevOps Professional certification.
  • HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification.
  • Experience with healthcare applications, healthcare platforms, or healthcare cloud migration programs.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, and other healthcare regulatory or compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and automated application deployment on OCI.
  • Familiarity with OCI observability services, logging, monitoring, event-driven automation, and self-healing architectures.
