Description and Requirements

The Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that support key business stakeholders across Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and WW Operations. This role owns the full BI development lifecycle — from requirements gathering and data modeling to development, testing, training, and post‑production support. The successful candidate will work with multiple internal and external data sources, ensure high data quality, and continuously enhance reporting platforms. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • ETL Development — Build and optimize ETL pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Data Modeling — Design scalable data models supporting reporting and analytics needs.
  • Dashboard Creation — Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for global stakeholders.
  • Data Quality — Implement validation rules and ensure high data accuracy and consistency.
  • Performance Optimization — Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions to maintain optimal performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration — Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, and WW Ops to gather requirements and align BI outputs with business needs.
  • End‑to‑End Project Support — Lead BI projects through design sign‑off, development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
  • User Training — Provide training and support on dashboards and data interpretation.
  • Process Automation — Identify and implement automation opportunities in reporting processes.
  • Cross‑Functional Issue Resolution — Work with IT and WW Ops teams to resolve data issues and ensure timely delivery.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Power BI; experience with Qlik is an advantage.
  • Ability to write efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases.
  •  Hands‑on experience with ETL processes and tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting BI solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with global stakeholders.
  • Flexible, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €26100–38170 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. 

Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process. 

In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities. 

For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
