Introduction
As a PMTS for Systems Architect, Analog ASSP, you will serve as the technical leader and chief architect for strategic Analog ASSP product families. You will define long-term product and technology strategy, drive system architecture decisions across multiple product generations, and lead cross-functional engineering teams in developing differentiated semiconductor solutions.
This role requires deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal system architecture, strong customer and market engagement, and the ability to influence technical direction across business units, development sites, and external ecosystems. You will act as a recognized authority within the company, shaping product roadmaps and advancing GF's Analog ASSP portfolio through technical innovation and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive long-term product and technology roadmaps for Analog ASSP solutions.
Lead system architecture development for PMICs, motor drivers, protection and batteries management.
Own system-level tradeoffs across performance, power, cost, reliability, manufacturability, and functional safety.
Lead cross-functional teams across design, validation, product engineering, manufacturing, and applications.
Drive product differentiation through innovation, competitive benchmarking, and technology assessments.
Act as senior technical interface for strategic customers and partners.
Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across sites and organizations.
Required Qualifications
M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
Track record of leading complex product developments and driving business impact through technical innovation.
Expert knowledge of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor systems.
Strong background in power management, sensing, signal conditioning, and data conversion.
Technology roadmap development and strategic product definition.
Proven technical leadership of complex cross-functional programs.
Customer-facing architecture leadership and executive-level communication.
Demonstrated innovation, IP generation, and influence without authority.
Fluent in English; German proficiency is preferred.
