About the Role:

As a Program Manager, you will serve as an individual contributor on the PEP team, reporting to the Head of People Engagement & Performance. You'll manage a series of programs centered around how employees connect to Twitch (to the company, to each other, and to the product)  across their entire lifecycle. 

You Will:
  • Own end-to-end program management of the Engagement portfolio, including the New Employee Experience, Tenure Recognition, the Mentorship Program, and Twitch Clubs
  • Project manage Twitch's company-wide listening mechanism, the annual Purple Pulse Engagement Survey, end to end.
  • Keep a distributed workforce informed and aligned by producing the bi-weekly Staff Brief and Manager Monthly newsletters, and maintaining Twitch's Role Guideline Repository on ServiceNow.
  • Manage relationships with our swag vendors end to end, from procurement through ongoing partnership.
  • Modernize the portfolio, evolving the new employee experience, recognition, and mentorship programs and scaling delivery through AI-enabled automation
  • Define success metrics, drive timely decisions, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep every program on track and continuously improving.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 4+ years in program management, employee engagement, communications, L&D, or a related people/HR function.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A track record managing concurrent programs with distinct audiences and competing timelines while proactively clearing blockers.
  • Experience owning programs end to end, from planning and stakeholder alignment through delivery and measurement, where the solution may not be fully defined.
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn requirements into clear documentation, compelling content, and regular stakeholder updates.
  • Experience with vendor management, including procurement and contracting
  • Comfort using data to measure program effectiveness and inform improvement.
  • Experience using AI to enhance your workflow

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Peakon/Workday), ServiceNow content management, or learning/mentorship systems.
  • Experience delivering hybrid and in-person employee experiences at scale.
  • You watch, stream, or are genuinely curious about Twitch, gaming, or live entertainment.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
