We are looking for a Payments & Disputes Analyst to join the Pricing & Incentives, Payments & Disputes team within Amazon's Last Mile Brazil organization. This role owns the operational execution of payment processing, invoice management, dispute resolution, and incentive calculations across our Amazon Partner Logistics programs: EDSP (External Delivery Service Provider), AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics), and AMXL (Amazon Extra Large).

In this role, you will process invoices, manage payment disputes, run bonus calculations, generate operational reports, and ensure payment accuracy within defined SLAs. You will report directly to the Pricing & Incentives, Payments & Disputes Manager and work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, AP, Central Ops, and Procurement to ensure partners are paid accurately and on time.

Key job responsibilities
Execute payment processing, control invoice backlog and ensure all invoices are processed within SLA

Manage payment disputes end-to-end: analyze, direct, request approval within defined timelines and maintain operational metrics

Run weekly bonus calculations, generate and distribute performance reports, manage tickets and execute automation routines

Monitor invoice status; track carrier requests and escalated themes

Contact Accounts Payable (AP) for invoice/payment status updates and manage barcode controls for traceability

Request Finance approval and update invoice Discrepancy status

Check weekly invoiced nodes; contact Central Operations (CO) for discrepancies

Manage rate card tickets, validate required data, request corrections or missing information

A day in the life
In your daily role, you'll support the end-to-end payment cycle for EDSP partners, combining analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive communication to ensure every payment is accurate and on time. You'll develop strong problem-solving skills by investigating discrepancies, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Finance, AP, and Central Operations. This role builds your ability to work autonomously within structured processes while developing ownership and accountability for your deliverables. You'll sharpen your organizational skills by coordinating report generation, stakeholder follow-ups, and deadline-driven deliverables across multiple teams. About the team
The Pricing & Incentives, Payments & Disputes team is part of Amazon Logistics' Partner Strategy & Experience organization, supporting the EDSP (External Delivery Service Provider), AMXL (Amazon Extra Large), and AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics) programs across Brazil, a network of +30 logistics partners and +300 operational nodes. Our mission is to ensure Amazon's logistics partners operate under competitive, transparent, and accurate pricing and payment frameworks, while driving performance through well-designed incentive programs and efficient dispute resolution. We build scalable pricing models, payment governance mechanisms, and incentive strategies that balance cost efficiency with partner sustainability. The team sits within a broader strategic structure that also covers Compliance & Communications, Network Health & Performance, and VAS & DA Experience, working cross-functionally to support Amazon's Last Mile growth in Brazil.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel
