As a Systems Analyst 2 – Support, you will act as a key contributor to the management team by supporting the analysis, organization, and communication of information related to Oracle Fusion Cloud environments. Rather than serving as a functional expert in a single module, you will leverage your understanding of Oracle Cloud applications to identify the appropriate functional domains, interpret business scenarios, and help communicate technical and operational information to internal stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with managers and cross-functional teams to prepare executive-level presentations, monitor critical operational data, and support recovery plans and strategic initiatives. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into concise, impactful messages for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team by analyzing and organizing operational and business information related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Identify and understand business processes across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including:
    • ERP 
    • SCM
    • HCM 
    • EPM
    • CX
    • OIC
  • Recognize business scenarios and associate them with the appropriate Oracle Cloud functional area without requiring deep functional specialization.
  • Develop high-quality executive presentations to communicate critical information, recovery plans, operational updates, and business insights.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources, identify trends, and present findings in a structured and executive-friendly manner.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure information is accurate, timely, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Support leadership in preparing communications and reports for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications or enterprise ERP environments.
  • Foundational understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, CX, and OIC.
  • Ability to identify which Oracle Cloud module supports different business processes (e.g., financial accounting, recruiting, logistics, performance management, customer engagement).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with experience creating executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
