Overview

Keysight is a global leader in electronic measurement solutions, supporting innovation across communications, automotive, aerospace, and semiconductor industries.

We are looking for a hands-on Optik & Photonik Test Techniker (m/w/d) to support testing, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronic and optical measurement systems. This role is based in a lab and manufacturing environment, working closely with engineering and production teams.

You will contribute to the validation of prototypes and early-stage products, ensuring quality, reliability, and smooth transition into production.

Responsibilities

What you will do

Testing & Measurement

Perform electrical and optical measurements on prototypes and products
Set up and operate test equipment and measurement systems

Troubleshooting & Validation

Identify and troubleshoot issues on electronic and optical components
Support validation of prototypes and small series builds

Collaboration

Work closely with engineers during testing and New Product Introduction (NPI)

Quality & Documentation

Document test results and ensure repeatability and quality standards

Production Support

Support production teams and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

Required:
Technical background (Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Technician or similar)
Hands-on experience in testing, measurement, or electronics assembly
Basic knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting
Practical, hands-on mindset and problem-solving approach
Nice to have:
Experience with optical systems, photonics, or laser technology
Experience with RF or high-frequency measurements
Languages:
German or English (mandatory)
