Essential Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience .Net Full stack (Angular or React) and Python
- Proven ability to deliver resilient, maintainable software in enterprise environments.
- Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices. Experience implementing security and compliance requirements in code.
- Clear communication of trade-offs and technical decisions.
- Familiar with AI Native methodology and Spec Driven Development directing AI coding agents
Desirable Requirements
- Scrum/SAFe or PMP for cross-team delivery coordination
- Knowledge in working with Linux servers, networking concepts
Responsibilities
You will:
- Own service design, data contracts, and API quality with backward compatibility.
- Improve test automation, code coverage, and release health metrics.
- Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Provide technical leadership through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
